This operation manual in the Kigali Special Economic Zone serves as a road map for prospective investors in the implementation of their projects as well as in their day-to-day operations.
After signing a contract with PEZ, the investor starts doing the designs for his/her project based on basic drawings provided by Prime Economic Zone. After submission, the investor’s project has to be examined and approved by the Special Economic Zone Authority of Rwanda (SEZAR) and given a construction permit.
There comes the implementation phase on the ground which has to abide by the below regulations :
