To acquire a land in KSEZ the buyer has to be a registered company or institution upon presentation of a certificate from RDB (Rwanda Development Board) for business companies, RCA (Rwanda Cooperative Agency) for cooperatives and RGB (Rwanda Governance Board) for Non-Governmental Organizations.
The price of a land in Kigali Special Economic Zones is 43,000 Rwandan francs per square meter (43,000Rwf/n2)
A contract is signed between Prime Economic Zones called The seller and The buyer after a down payment of 30% of the total cost of the plot upon approval of the buyer’s request.
The seller grant to the buyer 1 year grace period and after the 70% is paid over 3 years installments, an interest rate of 15% on annual basis will be charged if the 70% is not paid after the grace period on the remaining amount.
